The Center for Correctional Education Research (CCER) is committed to providing research studies on demand for individual, corporate and government entities to assist them with better decision making capabilities. CCER invite partners to request commision research projects. CCER research projects are posted on this site and available to the public.
Offender Pre-Release Training
TAF participates in offender pre-release training (PRT) when requested and available. Pre-release training is a must for offenders who have been locked up for extensive amounts of time. PRT help returning citizens prepare for their return to their communities. Returning citizens depending on how long they have been incarcerated return to communities that have undergone drastic changes. Not only does the community change but people change, people die and now the person who has had everything given to them for the last ten years must now provide for themselves! Will they be ready?
